First volume in Dieter Roth's artists' book opus, Gesammelte Werke, which spanned over a decade of work in 26 volumes. The books were neither issued sequentially (Volume 15 was published first), nor chronologically, but they were all the same trim size. He also issued deluxe editions of each volume, creating special covers that reflect its content.
