Het nieuwe Scheppings Spel Amst., Mindermann & Co., n.d. (early 19th cent.). Comprising 3 series of contemp. handcol. engr. cards: 24 pictures of heads (approx. 1.5 x 5.5 cm), 26 pictures of bodies (approx. 2 x 5.5 cm) and 29 pictures of legs (approx. 4 x 5.5 cm), together w. "Bericht" card w. instructions (8.5 x 5.7 cm). In (worn) orig. cardboard box w. mounted title-piece (9 x 6 x 2 cm). Incomplete (each set should have 30 pieces), 1 modern set of cards, 1 body card lacking sm. piece. Still a relatively in-tact set of an extremely rare game. The purpose of the game was to combine the head, body and legs of various figures and animals to make new creatures.
