Small oblong, 90 x 50 mm, red morocco decorated on the first cover with a small hunting trophy above the words "Votre vue me ranime" ("Your sight revives me"), in connection with the mirror (damaged tain) adorning the second cover, set in a red morocco case stamped with the words "souvenirs / polonois" ("souvenirs / polonois") (Ep. binding).
