History
Saint Nicholas is one of Russia's most venerated saints, mainly depicted in bust form, blessing with his left hand and holding the Gospels in his right. On either side, two medallions showing Christ offering the Gospels to Saint Nicholas on the left, and the Mother of God handing him her omophorion on the right.
