Etre Moderne: The Moma in Paris - The Fondation Louis Vuitton exhibits MoMA's masterpieces in autumn 2017. Two hundred works trace the history of MoMA and the formation of the collection, from its first decade (Edward Hopper's House by the Railroad acquired in 1930), through the post-war period (Pollock and De Kooning) and on to pop art and minimalism, to contemporary works acquired very recently such as Kerry James Marshall's Untitled (Club Scene) or a card game by Shigetaka Kurita. Some of these works have never before been exhibited in France. - Thames & Hudson - 2017
