Pair of chairs with horseshoe-shaped backrest. Huanghuali wood. 17th century.
On four rounded legs connected at the bottom with struts on three different levels and with footrest. Round, horseshoe-shaped backrest, supported by the extended front and back legs and curved round timbers. A slightly curved frame underneath the woven seat. The curved board of the backrest with an ornament in a cloud-head-shaped recess.
