Isfahan Z-Persia, circa 1990. Very fine weave. Signed "Isfahan Davari" at the bottom center. Dense floral decoration on an ivory-colored ground. A red lemon medallion with cartouche and trefoil pendants stands out in the field, surrounded by garland-like palmettes, cloud bands, forked tendrils and 4 light blue, decorative corner spandrels. 2 floral secondary borders, also in midnight blue, surround the red main border, which is decorated with rows of palmettes and arabesques in alternating shades. In need of cleaning, the fringes are not complete, otherwise in good condition. 152x227 cm (ft. 5x7.5).
