dating: Mid 19th Century provenance: Stato Pontificio, Smoothbore, round, 15 mm cal. barrel, with octagonal breech marked with number "214", "M.B" and with another barely visible mark. Tang with number "71". Lock converted to percussion, with remains of mark "GM" for Mazzocchi (the letter G faintly visible). Wooden stock (same serial number, small defects) with brass mounts and iron ramrod.
