dating: circa 1870 - 1880 provenance: Austria, Cylindrical, rifled barrel (visible rifling, some encrustation inside) provided with foresight and fixed rear sight, with remnants of stamps "T", "V", "Wn" and marked "L. GASSER WIEN" on the left side. 11 mm. at the nozzle Six-shot cylinder. Working mechanism. Frame with department markings "9.D.R. / ST. ... 52" (barred). Matching serial number on barrel, frame and cylinder. Some pitting. Knurled wooden grips. Ring for the strap. Complete with antique leather holster lined with fabric inside. Signs of use and time. Provided with double loop.
