dating: 1860-70 provenance: Belgio, Round, smoothbore, twisted barrels (one with slight flattering at the nozzle, possibly from a fall). Small signs of use and time inside, needs cleaning. Probably later browning. With mark of the Liege test bench inside. 17.7 mm cal at the nozzle. Central rib with front sight. Steel receiver, finely engraved with racemes, the opening lever and the dorsal tang likewise. The latter also featuring a badge marked "L.F. / ..." (the lower figures are not clearly legible). Backwards spring lock engraved en suite with the receiver. Wooden butt (with small crack near one lock and a replaced block) decorated with fullers at the grip. Butt-plate and trigger guard (with finger support) engraved en suite with the other elements.
