Opening cassolette pendant in 18k (750th) gold, adorned with a painted enamel miniature depicting a portrait of an elegant lady, topped with an old-cut diamond weighing approx. 0.20 carat. The compartmented interior holds a lock of hair under glass. The back features a chased motif on a striated background in polychrome enamel.
