Fragment of a Greek dedication relief with "Heroic banquet". 4th century BC. 13.7cm x 18.4cm. Fine crystalline white marble. Upper left corner of a relief depicting Dionysus or a hero with rhyton lying on a cline on the right. At his feet sits a young woman, whose head is still preserved. On the far left is the upper body of a young man who is pouring wine with an oinochoe. Provenance: Ex private property G. S., Lower Saxony, in family possession since 1966.
