Large decorative plate with turquoise stones. Central Asia, Timurid, 14th - 16th century. 125g, ø 10cm. Round disk with filigree decoration and turquoise stones, the upper rim with three profiled eyelets with applied rosettes. On the outside a border in the shape of an egg bar (plate and rim cast together), on top heart-shaped filigree ornaments, each with a soldered rosette. In the spaces between, small heart-shaped elements with filigree wire decoration. In the center a large, round turquoise surrounded by eight small turquoises. Smooth back. Published! Gold!
