[JOHANNOT, Tony] Suite of engravings from "Le diable emporte l'amour". S.l. s.n. [c. 1835] In-18 obl. 12 plates, ± 8 x 9.5 cm sight, printed on chine and mounted on cream cardboard with windows. Bound in black half cloth in the Japanese style, gray vermiculated paper boards with title stamp on white paper on upper board, spine mute (some rubbing to boards). The only suite in a very rare album, complete with the 12 very free engravings attributed to T. Johannot: "La carte de visite", "Peine perdue", "Le nègre voluptueux", "La masturbation", "Pet-en-gueule", etc. Some of these can be found in "La carte de visite".
