On the back wet stamp in red ink with inscription "Zaragoza"; handwritten certificate by Eduardo Llosent y Marañón, former director of the National Museum of Modern Art in Madrid, dated February 3, 1959: "This drawing depicting a woman pursued by a demon and a large bird is the original work of Francisco de Goya".
