Represented by 34 pretty engravings, with an abridged text by Florian, and revised on the Spanish original. Paris, Eymery, Fruger et C°, Libraires, rue Mazarine, N° 30, 1828. One volume in-12 oblong, (VI pp, 132 pp. 38 engravings including frontispiece), full cardboard, dark calf spine decorated smooth (Binding of the period). small snag on lower cuff. One of four Italian editions published in France in the 19th century. Printed by Casimir. The anonymous plates are printed on copper. They are probably Italian, as Don Quixote is effeminate(!). Palau 52785; Rius 532; Henrich 313. Very rare with the two additional plates on the cardboard (including the Moulins). They are not part of the suite of 36 engravings described in the bibliographies.
