An Art Déco Vanity Case Indian Style Paris Maison Cartier 1920s 2,7x 8 x5,2cm 18 kt yellow gold, black enamel, the lid attachment with emeralds, blue and red enamel, the prongs with diamonds. Rounded rectangular shape, with guilloché striped decoration on all sides. Hinged lid on the inside with mirror. Small inside compartment with lid and slider for powder. The India lid decoration with three emerald cabochons and approx. 50 emerald carrees, the prongs with approx. 74 diamond roses. Approx. 133.80g. Hallmarks: 91125 HNA 26 Cartier Paris Made In France OR CARTIER BTE SGOO as well as French guarantee marks (partially covered). Good condition, black enamel minimally rubbed in places, colored enamel on the lid partially minimally bumped, minor dents on the base.
