PIAGET Polo, quartz, Ref. 791C701, movement no. 29888, case no. 362129 & 35 (inside), circa 1980 An extremely fine, superb condition, 18K yellow gold quartz wristwatch with matching gold dial, gold Dauphine hands, gold bracelet with integrated deployant clasp. Fitted with a caliber 7P3, quartz, gold case back secured by four screws, back crown. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 30 mm. Thickness 5.70 mm. Approx. overall length for bracelet 190 mm. In 1979, Piaget revealed the Maison’s first sports elegant watch, a watch that would come to define the spirit and elegance of the 1980s.
