PATEK PHILIPPE Annual Calendar, Moon Phases, Ref. 5205G-013, sold in 2023 An attractive, mint and full-set, water-resistant, 18K white gold, automatic, annual calendar wristwatch with sunburst dial, in two-tone of blue shading to black, luminous hands, sweep center seconds, moon phases, leather strap with an 18K white gold PP buckle. Fitted with a caliber 324 S QA LU 24H/206, rhodium-plated, 34 jewels, self-winding with gold rotor, visible through the sapphire-set case back, correctors in the band, sapphire crystal, slightly concave bezel, delicately pierced lugs. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 40 mm. Thickness 11.36 mm. Accompanied by a fitted presentation box with outer packaging, leather wallet, booklet, Certificate of Origin, user manual for caliber 324 S QA LU. Part of the “Complications” collection, reference 5205G, in white gold, was launched in 2010 with a two-tone gray dial under the Ref. 5205G-001, and with a black and gray dial, under the Ref. 5205G-010. In 2013, the model was introduced in 18K pink gold under the Ref. 5205R-001, in a pink gold case with opaline white dial and under the Ref. 5205R-010, in a pink gold case with black lacquered dial. In 2017, the model was introduced with a blue/black dial and cased in white gold, such as the present watch, under Ref. 5205G-013. This annual calendar watch includes the recently patented instantaneous digital display, a feature that is also seen on the very rare reference 5207. The watch has patented instantaneous jumping indicators for the day, date and month, and sculpted pierced lugs. In like new condition, complete with all its accessories, the present watch is not only pleasing to the eyes, it is also a superb example of Patek Philippe’s long tradition of calendar wristwatches.
