THE PURPLE ROSE OF CAIRO: Small selection of signed 8 x 10 photographs by various male cast members of Woody Allen´s fantasy-romantic film The Purple Rose of Cairo (1985) comprising Jeff Daniels (Tom Baxter/Gil Shepherd), Edward Herrmann (Henry), Van Johnson (Larry Wilde), and Milo O´Shea (Father Donnelly). All are boldly signed (two in fountain pen ink) by the actors, largely to clear areas of the images, and none are inscribed. Generally VG, 4 The Purple Rose of Cairo earned Woody Allen an Oscar nomination for Best Original Screenplay.
