The full-arched pediment is topped by an openwork foliage frieze and centered on a vase of roses, the uprights adorned with stylized fruit falls, the circular white enameled dial with Roman numeral hours signed RAULINE 3 Quai Conti in PARIS, set in the center of a stylized floral marquetry embellished with fleur-de-lys at the corners. The ensemble rests on a rectangular stepped base with foliate motifs.
