Dish. China, Qing dynasty, 19th century. Bronze and cloisonné enamels. It shows signs of use. Measurements: 30 cm (diameter). A pair of cranes flies over a landscape dotted with various flowers and branches. The wing has a geometric border. Spirals decorate the back. Also known as 'cloisonné' enamelling is a technique that consists of depositing the vitreous paste of the enamel in compartments formed by metal sheets which, in relief, form the silhouette of the design.
