Irma Weiland (1908-2003), Hamburg artist and advertising painter who was banned from her profession in 1933. Her early work was almost completely destroyed in a bombing raid. Impressionist riverside scene on the Alster, ink and watercolor on paper, signed and dated 1951 twice on the lower right, remains of mounting, some stains on the edge of the sheet, 49 x 62 cm
