No place or date (circa 1770) - 57 engravings after Eisen, printed on the recto, frontispiece and title also illustrated, for a total of 59 engravings. These pornographic verse compositions are attributed to Abbé Jouffreau de Lazarie.
Very handsome later binding by Durvand in full blue morocco, five-ribbed spine, finely mosaic-patterned floral and gilded boxes, triple gilded framing on the boards, fully gilded edges, gilt lace and marbled paper paste-downs.
A rare and beautiful copy of this curiosa.
