Beautiful, almost uniform period bindings in red half morocco, smooth spines with false nerves, richly decorated with gilded motifs in geometric shapes and various frames, the first two volumes have identical decorations, the next two differ slightly but remain very similar. Double title-pieces in red morocco, with title and tomaisons, marbled edges. Some light rubbing, not serious. Interior in good condition, with scattered foxing.
