The first 3 volumes cover 4 centuries of costume, complete with 200 superb color plates. The following two volumes cover 3 centuries of costume, and are complete with 150 color plates. The whole has been exceptionally bound in uniform period bindings, in half-percaline with red leather title-pieces; it is rare to find such a harmonious copy.
