NOTICE
Son of painter William Myers Boggs, Frank William Boggs, also known as Frank Will, showed an interest in painting from the age of ten. Taking advantage of his father's studio on rue Clignancourt, Frank Will was self-taught.
His first known works date back to 1917. A great friend of Gen-Paul, he quickly achieved success with his views of Paris, his favorite theme, which were distributed at the time via postcards. A major figure in Montmartre, our work represents one of the artist's key themes, the Moulin Rouge.
