Parchment binding with gold title within cartouche on smooth spine. Antique possession note, Gustavo Galletti and Bibliotheca Pagni stamps. Rare Neapolitan edition of the first printed treatise on horsemanship. The author was the founder of the Neapolitan school of horsemanship and laid the foundations of modern horsemanship.
