Albertolli, Giocondo. Elementary course of architectural ornaments. Milan, by the author, 1805. In 2nd (492 x 378 mm). Frontispiece with copper-engraved title, 1 text map, 28 full-page intaglio plates (restored tear to verso of text plate, few marginal flourishes). Coeval binding in half vellum with corners.
Nice fresh copy with wide margins. Cicognara 288: "These are 28 progressive plates for young people beginning to draw, beginning from the simplest leaf to the most complicated ornament, carved with diligence by Mercoli."
