Compilations de sourates Lot n° 18

Compilations of suras, North Africa, 18th century Arabic manuscript on paper, 62 leaves, in beautiful and regular balck maghribi on 14 lines per page. Titles in gold surrounded by black in interlaced kufic script, the separations of the verses marked by piriform marks, marginal illuminations in blue and gold. The text includes parts of suras IX, X and XI, as well as suras II and III. The first and last pages have the same illuminated decoration and the same text (one of the two pages is later, probably added when the manuscript was reassembled in the 20th century).
