POWER CAT: (1972- ) American singer and songwriter, noted for her covers of various songs by many artists including Bob Dylan. A small folio printed edition of Filter magazine, issue nineteen, Winter 2006, signed by Power in bold blue ink to the colour front cover, featuring an image of the singer standing outdoors in a half-length pose. Power has signed ( 'Chan') with a shortened version of her real name, adding a love heart and kisses above her signature and further adding the sentiment All best wishes forever in her hand.
