GRIEG EDVARD: (1843-1907) Norwegian composer and pianist. Autograph Telegram Signed,

´Madame Grieg´) at the King of Denmark Hotel in Copenhagen. Grieg informs his wife that he has arrived safely and enquires

Nina Grieg (1845-1935) Danish-Norwegian lyric soprano, the first cosuin of Edvard Grieg whom she married in 1867.
Grieg´s telegram is written on the printed stationery of 47 North Side, Clapham Common, the residence he stayed at when visiting London.
