ART DÉCO PERIOD WORK COMMONLY PRESENTED UNDER THE PATERNITY OF PAUL FOLLOT (1877-1941) "Cornes d'abondance".
Pair of bergères in ribbed, carved and stained beech.
The front legs extend into arm posts and are carved with title motifs.
The belts and backrest surrounds are also carved with ovals.
The connecting dice and armrest capitals are carved with stylized flowers.
Backrests, cushions and armrests (re)upholstered in blue velvet.
Very probably published by Gauthier-Poinsignon in Nancy, circa 1925.

A chip and missing carved part on the front crosspiece of one of the seats, tapestries not original.
