It is undoubtedly one of the most charismatic French sports cars ever produced, a fabulous heritage that we owe to Jean Rédelé, who collected some of the finest victories throughout the world, including a World Rally Championship title in 1973
The car we are presenting is an Alpine A110 1600 S, launched on 1 March 1973; its current owner is acquiring it in 2019. One of its previous owner was Jean-Charles Rédélé!
It is important to point out that this car, at the request of a certain Gérarld Gardrinier alias the singer Gérard de Palmas, was completely restored in 2012 by Ets Lecoq in Saint-Ouen; since then, its current owner has ensured regular maintenance of his entire collection, keeping this Alpine running at its best
The bodywork is in perfect condition; the alignment of the various body components is in order, and an examination of the
underpinnings revealed an excellent overall state of repair
The interior is in its original configuration, with all the upholstery in perfect working order, the seats, carpets and dashboard components in perfect condition, and the dashboard instrumentation in perfect working order
With its clear and well-documented history, this Alpine A110 1600 S is without doubt one of the most beautiful cars on the market today
