A PAIR OF ARCHAISTIC BRONZE EWERS, JUE China, Qing dynasty The two ewers with a shape clearly inspired by similar bronze ritual containers of the Shang dynasty, supported by three feet and with a wide ship-like mouth with two pinnacles, with an ear handle coming from an animal head, the body with an incised decoration also of archaic inspiration, an incised inscription near the handles. 32cm high each Provenance: Italian private collection.
