Woodcut frames on title page, title printed in red and black, text printed in two columns, Eusebian New Testament concordance tables printed in red (f. 216-220). COLLATION: * a-z A-C8 D6 E-L8 M6 2A-B8 2C6. ILLUSTRATION: numerous woodcuts printed in the text, including a full-page one depicting Creation and 2 mid-page ones (f. 134, 215). CONTEMPORARY BINDING. Calf, stamped and gilt decoration.
Provenance: old handwritten bookplates -- stamp of the Missionary Congregations on the title page and Charitas.
Restoration of a tear without loss in B1 (f. 193), tear with loss of text in the upper corner of each of the last six leaves, restorations to the title. Binding restored, spine redone, endpapers renewed.
