Dimensions: 225 x 31 x 50 cm. The body decorated with musical instruments, bows and garlands; resting on claw feet and toupie feet at the base. The dial, signed and with Roman numeration, is surrounded by three winged putti holding garlands. The pendulum has not been preserved. Jean-Henri Riesener*(1734-1806), master cabinetmaker on January 23, 1768. A Riesener clock like the one presented here is preserved in the Louvre Museum under the inventory number (0A5501).
