The transsexual artist Verena Bretschneider began her art studies in 1982 at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences under Prof. Karl Marx. Her works were most recently exhibited at the Albertina in Vienna as part of the presentation of the Dagmar and Manfred Chobot Collection.
