Self-portrait 1929/ 1969. Drypoint on BFK Rives-Velin (with watermark). 19.5 x 14 cm (33.5 x 25 cm). Signed and inscribed "Nachlaß Christian Schad" as well as dated and titled by Bettina Schad. Mounted in passepartout. - The corners only minimally bumped. Overall in extremely good condition. Splendid, fine-lined impression with clearly defined platemark and wide margins.
Not by Richter. - One of only 15 copies. - After the silverpoint drawing from 1929.
Drypoint etching on BFK Rives wove paper (with watermark). Signed and inscribed by Bettina Schad as well as dated and titled. Inserted in mat. - The corners only minimally bumped. Altogether exceptionally well preserved. Splendid, finely-drawn impression with clearly impressed plate mark and wide margin. - One of only 15 copies. - After the drawing from 1929.
