B/w silver gelatin print on photographic paper. 21 x 46.5 cm (50 x 59.5 cm). with the photographer's stamp verso. - Corners bumped, crease to upper right and lower side. Occasional slight handling marks, overall very good. Clean print.
Louis Held was an important representative of New Objectivity and is considered a chronicler of the Weimar Republic. His photographs capture both the zeitgeist and political developments. Our photograph shows the architect and designer Henry Van de Velde at work.
