Ribbed, molded and carved mahogany desk. The entablature features a carved chestnut leaf on each side. One side of the waistband opens into a drawer with a front inlaid with precious and indigenous woods, featuring bogus chestnut branches; the other side of the waistband features the same decoration, in a fixed (non-opening) version. The top features a panel in precious and indigenous wood marquetry with swans on a lake animated by water lilies on a cypress background. The flowing, ribbed legs are enriched with floral motifs carved in high relief.
