PARIS - Guillaume PIGERON (active between 1762 and 1775), received Master in 1762.
A silver CAFETIERE known as a marabout. The upper part molded with fillets creating elegant spikes at the spout. Cut-out thumb rest. The body is engraved with the arms of the Brunier de Larnage family (Dauphiné), stamped with a marquis's crown and supported by lions. It stands on a heel. Molded rosewood handle.
Louis XV period, 1771.
