Polychrome glazed earthenware. Titled and signed "HB Quimper F. Caujan" on the rectangular base. Print justified 128/200 below.
Height : 30 cm. Length: 38.5 cm. Depth: 11.5 cm (Two small chips on the base).
This earthenware, depicting six Navy lads singing arm in arm, usually bears the title of another song, "L'était une frégate ... Larguez les ris" printed in 300 copies. Our rarer group comes from a limited edition of just 200 copies.
