With woodcut printer's mark on the title, 2 folio-sized woodcut plates with two astrolabes, 37 woodcuts in the text, 19 of which depict astrolabes (3 of which with additional parts glued on) and 12 figurative woodcuts, 1 woodcut plate glued onto a fold and 1 folio-sized printer's mark on the last leaf as well as numerous initials. Modern vellum binding with handwritten spine title. VD16 S-9193, Adams S-1893, not in Zinner. - Third edition of this extremely important work, the first edition of the first edition Oppenheim 1513 (see no.??) revised by the author. Quite complete copy, with the three plates with the pasted-on, fold-out additional parts. The horoscope illustrated on p. 63 is the one for the election of Maximilian I as Roman-German Emperor. Excellent, clean copy. Erased library stamp on the title page. On the inside cover ownership entry with date from 1929.
