(1872 Stuttgart - Kandel 1954). 3 large drawings, 1920s. Existing: 4 farmers working in the fields, watercolor, 24 x 32.5 cm, sign. - 2 Frauen bei der Kirschen- oder Apfelernte, red chalk drawing, 34 x 20.5 cm, unsigned. - Rastende Bauern, charcoal drawing, 24.5 x 34.5 cm, signed, all 3 sheets matted. Albert Haueisen studied at the Karlsruhe Art Academy from 1877, where he was a master student of Leopold von Kalckreuth and Hans Thoma. He later studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich and returned to Karlsruhe in 1905 as a teacher and later director of the Academy. Haueisen was a late impressionist and was a founding member of the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Pfälzer Künstler. - Zus. 3 Bl. D
