Fidelys SCHEY (?-1788)
Lady's flap desk in veneered wood with butterfly wing inlaid decoration, opening with a drawer, a flap and two leaves. The sides are cut. Slight ornamentation with gilded bronzes such as foliate clasps and lock escutcheons decorated with knotted ribbons.
Stamped by the cabinetmaker, Maître in 1777.
