N.B.: Project commissioned by Brussels landscape architect Jean Canneel-Claes, son of sculptor Eugène Canneel and the first Belgian student to graduate from ISAD in 1930. He went on to work with the great names of Belgian modern architecture, including Louis Herman de Koninck, who completed his own project in replacement of and with the agreement of Le Corbusier from 1931 onwards. Enclosed is a book dedicated to the Belgian architect, with details of this project and reproductions of Le Corbusier's preliminary designs.
