Handwritten letter in two sheets with drawings, addressed to Andrée and Valentine Schlegel: "Dear Andrée and Valentine (is that Linou??) - I would have liked to drink from one of your pots, or use it as a utilitarian pot, but I wasn't in Paris - We're in Saché Indres et Loire 20 km south of Tours and you'd be most welcome if you'd only come - Happy birthday - Sandy". Accompanied by a stamped envelope dated August 9, 1951, addressed to Valentine Schlegel in Sétoise.
