French 4/4 violin from Mirecourt first half of the 20th century
bearing a label "Modèle d'après Ludovicius Meurot Fecit Mirecurtii", spruce top with fine rings in the center and widening at the edges, maple back with fine, tight, lively waves, same wood ribs, orange varnish, rosewood pegs.
(Very good condition, apart from a little wear on one edge).

With a round stick bow, ebony frog and nickel silver button.
