Exhibition catalog, Musée de la ville de Tunis, Palais Khéreddine, December 12, 2000 - February 10, 2001, ed. Apollonia Large folio in publisher's paperback, 139pp. with color and B&W reproductions. This book presents 160 works borrowed from the Museum's collection dedicated to the artist Zoubeïr Turki. These portraits, in oil, gouache or graphite, created between 1990 and 2000, are being exhibited for the first time at the Palais Khéreddine. The city of Tunis pays tribute to this great artist. Zoubeïr Turki rarely exhibits, and it's the medina that he has poetically transfigured that welcomes him. His childhood was spent in this architecture of lights, colors and faces.
